Life...

So, as time goes by I seem to be getting more and more busy! But on an exciting note I've recently started working with NU People Magazine a lifestyle magazine which focuses on African and Caribbean culture! I had the pleasure of taking some photographs for African Fashion Week London which will be used for an article in the next edition of the magazine! I will add a link to the article in the digital version of the magazine once it's released. I am so glad to be a part of NU People Magazine and excited to see where we can take it. This past weekend I had the delight of working with a dear friend of mine who I've wanted to photograph for the longest time as she adores everything vintage and her individual sense of creativity exudes an infectious energy that I wanted to try and encapsulate. Check out some of the pics below...

At the community fundraising event I had the opportunity to meet the lovely Kay Oldroyd founder of BYA: Black Youth Achievements an organisation that strives for the equality of opportunities and positive representations of our young people. She is currently using one of the photos I took as her headshot on the official site.
